FAHLE

A brand new fully furnished and equipped studio apartment in the Fahle building, a recinstruction of the former Cellulose factory beside Tartu Road and five minutes away from the city airport.

Fahle is located in the central part of Tallinn, in its highest area, thanks to which a spectacular view of the panorama of the capital - on one side Lake Ulemiste and on the other the sea oflights of the centre up to the port district - can be enjoyed from the upper floors of the building.

A spacious, lovely studio apartment set on 11th floor with lift, composed of 1 corner sofa bed for two, bath with shower, Satellite-channel TV LCD with 70 channels, CD/DVD player, music center, WI-FI Internet access in the nearest shoppin centre and a 2-seater dining table. The apartment has all modern conveniences, including combined WC/Shower room, bath, hairdryer, extra lighting and is fully air-conditioned.

'Tallinn Residence' apartments come with a fully-equipped kitchen, including cooker, fridge, coffee maker, tea kettle, pots, pans and utensils.    Seven days before due date of arrival.

   A 50% penalty applies if you cancel the reservation less than 3 days fom check-in. The total amount of your booked reservation will be charged if you cancel the reservation less than 24 hours before your check-in or in the event of no show-up at all.
