Vacation Rental Description

In Aquitaine,warm and sunny region of the south west of France,near the main tourist sites of Périgord ,in the valley of Lot, our 2 holiday rentals with 2 private pools accomodate until 18 pers, but you can rent a single 'gîte'(until 9 pers).

Each holiday cottage in Bordeaux Aquitaine offers 150m²with 4 bedrooms,2 shower-rooms,2 toilets,a large livingroom-kitchen fully equipped,and have its own pool, its terrace and garden furniture,BBQ. Each vacation accomodation was restored in 2003 in the old barn of a traditionnal 19è manor.Stone walls, wooden beams and meticulous decoration underline the character of the building and its antique furniture.
These french holiday rentals are situated on a large garden with old trees and meadow.
A common area with sauna, table tennis,apparatus and an area for bowls complements the features.
Car park for 8 cars.
Between orchards and fields...a peaceful vacation stay.

Details for the barn : Lou Prat and Establou, 150m²each one. The two vacation rentals propose the same equipment : 4 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms and 2 toilets a large living room 60m² and 70m²with kitchen fully equipped ( in Lou Prat, you can eat together if you rent the two gîtes). Terrace and garden furniture, Barbecue . Private pool 10x4 per gîte with electronic alarm .These two cottages can to be rented together for 18 pers/300m² max or separately for 9 pers max/150m². Prices below for 18 persons.
