Vacation Rental Description

This family-run holiday villa in Bordeaux Aquitaine is located near famous appellations such as Saint Emilion, Fronsac, Pomerol, Côtes de Castillon and Bordeaux Supérieur, and is surrounded by a valley of woods, vineyards, meadows and sunflowers. The gite is completely renovated, spacious and in a quiet and restful atmosphere. The estate produces Bordeaux rosé, Bordeaux red and Bordeaux Supérieur AOC wines.

A gite which is perfectly integrated into the environment. The renovation of the gite was carried out using ecological materials for sustainable development. The insulation, windows and aspect of the rooms encourage natural heat during the winter and cool temperatures in summer. Solar panels on the roof provide as much hot water as you like!

The gite comprises an entrance hall with stairs and a guide drawn up by us which lists all the tourist sites and activities within a radius of 60 kilometres, a fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, dining room and sitting room with fireplace. There are two double bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom, and one twin bedroom. A second bathroom is provided, as well as a further WC.

The owner is a wine grower. He meets you and is at your service during your holiday for further information and advice on wine making, ageing and wine tasting.

This beautiful traditional 18th century house is located between woods and vineyard. Large open grounds (600m², 0.15 acres), with flowers, automatic watering, 90m² (0.02 acres) terrace, pergola.

The secrets of the valley is a visit for families, two hours long, with illustrated boards about the surrounding natural environment. It is an original way to learn and to enjoy wine and the vineyard. The secrets of the valley is the visit of a château, its cellars, with explanations for everybody: ‘son et lumière’ in a vat, activities for kids and…of a course a wine tasting to finish!

Notes on Villa Prices

1. This is a form price. Please ask us!

2. Prices: Summer: € 900.00 (Rental is only possible for 15 days, €1700 instead of €1800 for 15 days during this period)
   End of June and End of August: € 800.00
   June and September (and school holiday): € 750.00
   All rest of the year: € 650.00
   Weekend: 2 nights (€ 350.00) or 3 nights (€ 450.00). Only booked a few days before.
3. Cleaning service (€75) at the end of the holidays

5. s rental are from Saturday 4pm to Saturday 10am.
6. A week-end rental is from Friday 4pm to Sunday 6pm.
7. Deposit/guarantee: €450 or €750 with pets.
8. These prices include heating, sheets, towels, 500 litres of water a day and 8 kilowatt of electricity a day. If you use more, you must pay on departure.
9. A reservation fee of €17 is payable for each booking.
