Vacation Rental Description

The Pressoir" is self contained holiday apartment in a quiet rural location, but close to the village of Pouillon, Landes with all local services. Pouillon is 15Kms south of Dax, France's Premier Spa Town. It is 50 mins drive from the Airports of Biarritz & Pau, the Landes coast and the Pyrenees, making it an ideal location for touring in South West France or just relaxing around the pool.

There is 1 bedroom, with en-suite shower room, a fully equipped kitchen and lounge/dining room. The prices are fully inclusive and all linen & bathtowels are supplied.

There are 2 Gites which share the use of a 10m X 5m pool.

Mountain Bikes are available for guests.

The property is part of an old Landais Farm at the end of small lane. The adjacent woods lead to the Lac de Luc, which has country walks and an excellent restaurant.

Pouillon has a range of shops and a good supermarket. The nearby town of Peyrehorade has a large weekly market, as do many other towns in the region.

The Departments of Landes and the nearby Basque Country have a wealth of historical and tourist sites.
