The 1-room-apartment on the 4th floor including a balcony has been brought up to date and is in perfect condition.

The apartment's floor is a mixture of laminate and carpet. There is a available: a fridge, microwave, iron, coffee maker, toaster, water boiler, flatware, pots and kitcheware. The living/bed-room has a Digital TV (70cm in diagonal), a big extensible couch with additional posibility to sleep for 2 persons (150x200), a big bed (200x200), an armchair and a wardrobe.

The bathroom is equipped with a bath and a toilet. Towels and bed linen are avilable.

Schöneberg: Schoeneberg a scenic and civically-chic district of Berlin is located between Kreuzberg and Wilmersdorf.

There is an extensive variety of stylish pubs, cafes and Restaurants just as well as numerous lively and fashionable areas to go out. Schoenfeld’s weekend markets – such as for example the "Winterfeldmarkt" are a fabulous place to buy quality fruits, vegetables, flowers and cheeses. At the "Tauentzienstrasse at the eastern extension of the "Kurfuerstendamm" Europe’s biggest shopping mall the "Kaufhaus des Westens" (KaDeWe) invites you to shop and ramble.
