This sunny holiday apartment in Berlin of 55 sqm is situated in the Mitte district. In total the luxury apartment can sleep up to 6 people on a double bed in the bedroom, a double sofa bed in the living room and 2 single futon style beds also located in the living room.

The holiday apartment in Berlin is located in Wedding, an old district around the road Mullerstrasse and since 2001 it belongs to the administrative district of Mitte. It hasn’t been affected that much by the architectural reforms made in the rest of the city, for this reason it preserves its original appearance, with some buildings in post-Modern style. It is a multicultural district (with a large community of artists, ateliers, exhibitions and cultural centres) and multiethnic area, with a lot of shops and typical restaurants.

Good public transport connection to the city centre, Tegel airport and the Fair area.

The nearest public transport is: Amrumer Strasse.

Despite misgivings about its location possibly being too far from the city centre, with the U-Bahn station being so close (very frequent services, we never had to wait longer than 3 mins for a train) the apartment proved to be ideal for visiting the city. Set in a wonderfully peaceful area with good shops nearby, the apartment was spotlessly clean, well appointed, comfortable and perfect for our six-day stay. Regarding the service provided, the local man who gave us the keys on arrival was more than helpful - he even helped carry our bags up the stairs. In short, this apartment is a real gem, it offers great value for money and is a place we will return to in the future and would be happy to recommend to anyone.

The apartment itself was great, but it had no internet connection, which was a major annoyance. Most of the people renting it are tourists, it's silly. Anything you want to check for the next day, any info at all - you have to do it in advance in internet cafes.

Cancellation Policy

More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 25% of the booking deposit is reimbursed.

Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for the amount of 1 nights rental of the property rented.
Within 6 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 6 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for 4 nights rental.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
