Top floor Berlin apartment with a large furnished terrace to enjoy Berlin's sunshine. This large Berlin vacation apartment is located on the fourth floor without elevator.

This Berlin accommodation has 2 bedrooms, each with 2 single beds. The living room has 2 single beds 90x200 (with pillows they can also be used as sitting area), a double sofa bed and a large table for all guests to dine together.

The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle etc. and there is another small table with chairs. The large bathroom comes with a bathtub and a separate shower.

This Berlin apartment is located in the central but quiet Berlin area "Mitte" and extremely well deserved by public transport. You will find it easy to reach Berlin's main attractions from here, including the "Hackeschen Höfen", the "Alexanderplatz" and the "Bundestag".

Two metro stations are within 8 minutes walk ("Pankstrasse" and "Bornholmer Strasse") and a bus stop can be found just outside the apartment. There is free parking in the street below.

The property was a good value of money. Connections worked well. We had a lot of room and our host was flexible and helpfull. An elevator would have been nice. We all recommend this apartment.

It was a good apartment, clean and well equipped. Very happy with stay there. Only suggestion is that there be another mirror in the bedrooms due to one bathroom. Would make bathroom shifts easier when more than 3 people staying.

Cancellation Policy

More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 25% of the booking deposit is reimbursed.

Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for the amount of 1 nights rental of the property rented.
Within 6 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 6 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for 4 nights rental.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
