A large, bright top floor short term apartment Berlin with south-east facing terrace and views of the surrounding area. This luxury Berlin vacation apartment is located on the fourth floor without elevator.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms, one with 3 single beds and the other with 2. The living room has 2 single beds 90x200 (with pillows they can also be used as sitting area) and a large table for all guests to dine together.

The kitchen of this Berlin Accommodation is well equipped with dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle etc. and there is another small table with chairs.

The large bathroom comes with a bathtub.

This Berlin vacation apartment is located in the central but quiet Berlin area "Mitte" and extremely well deserved by public transport. You will find it easy to reach Berlin's main attractions from here, ncluding the "Hackeschen Höfen", the "Alexanderplatz" and the "Bundestag". Two metro stations are within 8 minutes walk ("Pankstrasse" and "Bornholmer Strasse") and a bus stop can be found just outside the apartment. There is free parking in the street below.

The Princes Terace was very clean and large, with fancy windows, excellent for this price! First we regretted about long walk to the u-ban, but then discovered, that it is easy to get there by local bus (just 2 stations). The view from the window is really fantastic (red-brick church, built in 1908). I was also happy to discover a local foodstore and internet just in the opposite building. The only drawback was 4th floor without lift and old-looking staircase. But generally that was an excellent option, especially considering the price!

Cancellation Policy

More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 25% of the booking deposit is reimbursed.

Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for the amount of 1 nights rental of the property rented.
Within 6 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 6 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for 4 nights rental.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
