If you want to stay in the heart of Berlin at Potsdamer Platz which also offers a fantastic view over the roofs of Berlin, then this sunny and well-furnished one-room Berlin apartment is just perfect for you!

The apartments are situated on the 4th and 6th floor (elevator) of a recently renovated apartment building.

On the ground floor there are several shops (Aldi, bakery, etc.). In the neighbourhood there are lots of restaurants and little shops with everything for your daily needs.

Our apartments are one-room apartments of 38 sq. metres with an extensive living and sleeping area, small kitchen and a tiled bathroom with bathtub. The apartments are suitable for 1-3 persons.

There are always sufficient parking spaces nearby. The multi-storey car park Potsdamer Arkaden is only 5 minutes away. The brand new central train station ´Hauptbahnhof´ is only 2 stations away. Underground/suburban and bus stations are straight in front of the building.

In 200m distance to our apartment location you will find Europe's most congested junction once in the 20s. Today, after a long sleep being a death zone during Germany's dispartment in East and west, the Potsdamer Platz is awaked to a new charme and bustling activity with architecture of the 21st century.

This essential tourist centre just a stone's throw from the Leipziger Platz, Brandenburg Gate and the promenade Unter-den-Linden.

Daimler City, Sony Center and in the long run of building constructed Beisheim Center, but also the surrounding including the buildings of the 60s of the famous afterwar architect Hans Scharoun (Philharmonie and State's Public library) and the Cultural Forum with all the museums let you feel the spirit of history and future at this place.
