This Berlin apartment is a 2 bedroom apartment that is located on the 2nd floor of a restored old building. The first bedroom has three single beds, a wardrobe and a coffee table with two large armchairs. This used to be a living room now converted into a bedroom. The second bedroom comes with a double bed, wardrobe, table and chair.

The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, dishwasher, etc. Furthermore there is a cozy dining area and cable TV. The bathroom has a shower.

This Berlin apartment is located in Berlin Mitte and is the district with the most attractions to visit in Berlin. There is an endless list of historical and magnificent squares and buildings. The best known monument of Berlin is the “Brandenburger Tor”. From here you can easily explore the magnificent boulevard “Unter den Linden” with the famous “Adlon” hotel leading to the “Karl Liebknecht Strasse” street to the “Fernsehturm” tower; Berlin’s highest building.

You will pass the “world time clock” and the popular Humboldt University, the national Opera and finally the “Museumsinsel” which is an ensemble of famous museums and a Unesco world heritage sight. The “Friedrichsstrasse” is nowadays a shopping street with shopping centers such as the Lafayette gallery and high class shops. To one direction it leads to the former “Checkpoint Charlie” and to the other direction to the “Oranienburger Strasse”.

The “Gendarmenmarkt” is one of Berlin’s most beautiful squares. Also located here is the “Schauspielhaus” theater, the German and the French Dome. Worth a visit is also the “Dorrotheenstädtische Friedhof” cemetery with the graves of writers Hegel, Brecht and Schinkel as well as Berlin’s “Nikolaiviertel” quarter that has kept its 18th century’s small town charm . The “Neue Regierungsviertel” (new governmental sight) is located between the districts of Berlin Mitte and Tiergarten.
