This holiday apartment in Berlin is in Prenzlauer Berg, a trendy area full of bars, galleries, restaurants, markets and shops. This is the favourite haunt of Berlin's creative scene. This Berlin accommodation is located on Kastanienallee, a famous avenue that leads all the way to the Mitte district. Because of the amount of designer boutiques on this avenue it has been knicknamed "Castingallee". Here you will find the famous Berliner Prater, a traditional Biergarten and well worth a visit. The "Lichtblick Kino", Berlin's smallest (32 seats) and cosiest cinema, is also here. If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that you subscribe to a travel insurance with our partner or with the insurance company of your choice.
