This is a bright and well designed apartment in Berlin and is situated in the first floor of a clean Neubau Apartment-Complex, with an Elevator! This apartment in Berlin is equipped lovingly with all you need: visually separated Bedroom area with a double-bed and a comfortable living room area (with Cable-TV + DVD and Radio), with a cosy opening sleeping sofa, a couch and dining table.

There is a spacious wardrobe as well. In the fitted Kitchen are a stove, oven, refrigirator, E-Grill, Coffe squeezer, Hot water heater, pottery and cutlery, glasses and all what is needed in a kitchen. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, and washbasin.

Located in a quiet area of Charlotennburg, but still central on the corner of Bundesalle and Schaperstraße.

By a short foot walk you can reach the Gedächtniskirche, the Zoologische Garden, the Aquarium, the Ku'Damm Corner (Eck), the famous KaDeWe Departmentstore, Cafe Kranzler, Europe-Center Mall and Wertheim.

Cancellation Policy

More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 20% of of the deposit amount is refunded.

Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for 25% of the total rental.
Within 6 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 6 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for the whole rental rate.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
