This centrally located Berlin Vacation apartment sleeps up to six people. All of the main attractions and finest restaurants, nightclubs, bars and shops are close to this Berlin apartment whether you choose to walk or use public transport.

There is a combined living dining area and a well equipped kitchen. There are two balconies and and one double sofabed in the living room. There is one comfortable bathroom,and two bedrooms of which one has a double bed and the other two single beds.

the apartment was very well located - walking distance from the centre but also within sight of the metro station. It was well equipped with only a couple of minor problems (missing plug, freezer door difficult to open). The property was very clean, though could do with a coat of paint in the living room in the spring. The block was very quiet and secure and the neighbourhood had a friendly feel. We liked the idea that we were so close to the site of the wall. The apartment was good value for money and I would recommend it (and holiday velvet) to friends.

Cancellation Policy

More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 25% of the booking deposit is reimbursed.

Within 29 days and 14 days of your arrival: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within the period of 29 and 14 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for the amount of 1 nights rental of the property rented.
Within 14 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 14 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for the full rental rate.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
