Vacation Rental Description

Berlin vacation rental in Wilmersdorf with a ground surface of ca. 45 m2 consisting of a living room with sofa and dining table, a bed room with double bed (160x200cm), a fully equipped kitchen. (use of refrigerator, stove and washing machine on request).

A shower is built in next to the kitchen; a separate, refurbished bath room can be found downstairs. The bright vacation rental is located near the “Volkspark”-park in a Berlin old building (side wing, 4th floor without lift).

There are free parking spaces at the street. Excellent shopping facilities for groceries are nearby. The subway stations Berliner Strasse and Blissestrasse can both be reached by foot within 5 min. Moreover there are bus lines 104 (to the fair) and 101 running near the apartment.

This Berlin flat is a non smoking apartment. Pets are also not permitted.

Wilmersdorf: Berlin-Wilmersdorf is a calm, pretty and wealthy quarter in the southwest of Berlin. It is characterised by representative Wilhelminian style buildings and the forest Grunewald.

Many religious groups have marked this area: among others, you can find a mosque in the street Brenner Straße, the Russian-Orthodox church Christi-Auferstehung or a Jewish parish hall in the street Fasanenstraße. In the western part of Wilmersdorf you start leaving the inner city and reach the forest Grunewald with its plenty of possibilities for sport and relaxation.

The German Open tennis tournament takes place in the stadium in this area. On a hill there is a tower which offers you a great view over some of Berlin’s lakes.

In the northern part of the Grunewald there is the Teufelsberg, an artificial elevation of debris from the Second World War which forms with an altitude of 110 meters one of the highest points of Berlin.
