Vacation Rental Description

The vacation rental on the 4th floor including a balcony has been brought up to date and is in perfect condition. The apartment's floor is a mixture of laminate and carpet.

There is a available: a fridge, microwave, iron, coffee maker, toaster, water boiler, flatware, pots and kitchenware. The bedroom is separated from the living area by a wall.

In the living-room you will find a Digital TV (70cm in diagonal), an extensible sofa in the corner with additional sleeping berths for 2 persons (150x200) and an extra armchair which can be opened out as a bed for one person. In the bedroom there is a doublebed (200x200) and a wardrobe.

The bathroom is equipped with a bath and a toilet. Towels and bed linen are available.

Schöneberg: Schoeneberg a scenic and civically-chic district of Berlin is located between Kreuzberg and Wilmersdorf.

There is an extensive variety of stylish pubs, cafes and Restaurants just as well as numerous lively and fashionable areas to go out. Schoenfeld’s weekend markets – such as for example the “Winterfeldmarkt” are a fabulous place to buy quality fruits, vegetables, flowers and cheeses.

The cemetery in the “Stubenrauchstrasse” where one of Berlin’s most famous people the great Marlene Dietrich, born 1901 in Berlin Schoeneberg is buried.
