Vacation Rental Description

In the centre of Berlin,at 400 m from the Alexanderplatz, we offer you 2 accomodations for rent in the same house.

Each Berlin accommodation has 2 rooms, simply but elegantly furnished, with single and double beds, double beds, cable TV, Sofa bed, table, chairs and cupboard. Each apartment has a bathroom with shower, wash basin and toilet. All accomodations are equipped for self-catering ( stove, fridge, toaster, water cooker, coffee maker, microwave, tableware, cutlery and partly dishwasher and washingmachine ).

The apartaments are located in a detached house being part of a large courtyard with buildings dating from the 1900 industrial period.

The facade has not yet been renovated, but the flats are wery nicely restored and have new windows and modern heating. We do offer though a nice, clean and very price-worthy accomodation in the centre of Berlin.

About Berlin Mitte

Within a couple of walking minutes you will reach the Alexanderplatz where you can take the underground to any possible destination ( also direct connection with the airports Tegel and Schönefeld ). Tere is a streetcar stop in front of the house, as well as a bus stop of the famous bus Nr. 200 - excellent for sightseeing-tours ( Unter den Linden, Brandenburger Tor, Reichstag, Strasse des 17.Juni, Kurfürstendamm, Zoo )

By bus you can easily reach the Regierungsviertel, the Friedrichstrasse, the museumsinsel and the Nikolaiviertel.

The szeneviertel Prenzlauer Berg with is large cultural possibilities lies at only a couple of walking minutes away.

Plenty of shopping opportunities at the Alexanderplatz. Food can be bought at the bakery or supermarket ( Lidl ) close to the house.

The Friedrichshainpark is nearby, a very inviting place with its fairy-tale fountains and famous cellar-bars.

All kinds of sports are possible in the direct surroundings.
