Situated on the 7th floor with a large balcony with fantastic views over looking the KaDewe. The bright, spacious living room bright spacious living area has a large double bed 165 x 200 and a sofa bed 140 x 200 with all modern ameneties. There is a completely new fitted kitchen with totally equipped and a spacious bathroom with bathtub.

The apartment is suitable for 1 - 4 persons. However, if you are 4 people, 2 people need to be children.

This stylish studio apartment located in upmarket Schöneberg district is the perfect choice for Berlin night life and shopping. Overlooking the KaDewe on the famous Kurfürstendamm and walking distance to Nollendorf and Winterfeld platz. The location offers fantastic shopping alternatives and a large variety of cafes and restaurants.

U Bahn Wittenberg Platz (U1, U2, U3) is 150m walk. Only 4 metro stops to Postdamer Platz.

This Berlin apartment was spacious, clean and luminous, with a large balcony and a view towards the KaDewe shopping center. Very quiet central location, 4 minutes walk to the KaDewe, the Berlin shopping center equivalent of Harrods in London. The service quality was excellent, with great and punctual organisation to meet at the Berlin accommodation in order to get the key. Highly recommended this apartment in Berlin.

Cancellation Policy

More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 25% of the booking deposit is reimbursed.

Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for the amount of 1 nights rental of the property rented.
Within 6 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 6 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for 4 nights rental.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
