There is a direct access to the balcony from two room, offering you a great view of the palace garden of Charlottenburg, the radio tower and the river Spree.

The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, electric hobs, microwave, fridge and freezer, automatic coffeemaker, toaster, kettle, crockery and kitchen utensils. The light bathroom has a shower and a bathtub and a toilet. The living room has two armchairs and a couch and has a stereo and cable-TV. The bedroom has a doublebed (160x200), a closet and has a French flair. The third room has a doublebed sofa, a cupboard and cable-TV. The washing machine and the tumble dryer can be used for free if you stay for more than three days. There can be arranged one parking lot for your car. Little dogs are allowed as well as smoking on the balcony.

There is a stage for ships right in front of the house, which enables you to explore Berlin even by ship. The traffic connection is perfect: Tegel airport is 7 minutes away by car and the busstation and metro are very close by the apartment. The Kurfürstendamm, trainstation Zoo or the Olypmic stadium can be reached within 10min. There are various shopping possibilities such as supermarkets, bakeries, kiosks, farmecies etc as well as many bars, restaurants and typical Berlin corner-pubs.
