Kitchen includes cooker with oven, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, coffee and tea provided, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator. Shower-wc includes washing machine, dryer, hairdryer and towels. 

The apartment comes with two double bedrooms and a double sofa bed in the living room.

It hosts many stylish taverns (kneipes), Cafés and restaurants and is a lively area of central Berlin. Schöneberg has a few weekend markets – such as Winterfeldtmarkt, which offers high-quality fruits, vegetables, flowers and cheese. After some shopping you can relax in one of the surrounding Cafés. You can enjoy the hussle bussle of the city centre bars or visit the calmer surroundings of Viktoria-Luise-Platz, south of Schöneberg is Friedenau, which has magnificent late19 century period mansions. In the town hall Schöneberg, in 1963 John F. Kennedy made his famous 'Ich bin ein Berliner' speech. This town hall was West Berlin’s political administration up to the reunification and here still to this day the liberty bell rings at noon. The Friedhof cemetery in Stubenrauchstraße has the grave of perhaps the most famous Berliner: Marlene Dietrich, born 1901 in Berlin Schöneberg.

Well connected public transport means that Berlin’s central attractions such as the Brandenburg Gate and the TV tower at Alexanderplatz, can be reached in 15 minutes. Nearby U-Bahn: Bayerische Platz (U4,U7); Nearby S-Bahn. Schöneberg (S1,S41,S42,S46)

• • More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 25% of the booking deposit is reimbursed.
  • Within 29 days and 14 days of your arrival: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within the period of 29 and 14 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for the amount of 1 nights rental of the property rented.
  • Within 14 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 14 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for the full rental rate.
  • If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
  • If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
  • Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
