Villa Julie is a beautiful villa of over 600 square meters surrounded by 3,000 square meters of garden. It is an oasis of tranquillity and privacy in the heart of the splendid Versilia zone less than 1 km from the sea and sandy beach. In the garden you can enjoy a magnificient heated pool (18 x 8 meters), as well as a cosy gazebo, covered parking area, barbecue and enchanting lake. The Villa has several floors and a bold and elaborate architectural design. It's situated in the most beautiful area of Tuscany, Versila. It is an area full of important international events and shows such as the magnificent Carnevale d'Europa (European Mardi Gras) which is held every year in February at Viareggio, or the prestigious Pucciniano Festival which is held every year in July and August at the birthplace of the famous composer, Torre del Lago Puccini.
