Vacation Rental Description

Tropical paradise with magnificent views of the Pacific and Manuel Antonio. This Costa Rica holiday villa is surrounded by old primary rain forest that attracts a multitude of fauna; toucans parrots, monkeys, sloths, tayras, coatis, and a spectacular assortment of butterflies. You will also find beautiful tropical plants surrounding the house and under the canopy. This beautiful house is priced below market . The home is at about 1500 ft. above sea level and always has a nice breeze blowing. The sunsets are some of the best in the world. The views include Manuel Antonio, the Sevegre River, and the unspoiled coastline south of Quepos.

The Villa is brand new construction,3300 sq.ft., and built to take advantage of the views and provide personal luxury. There are porch areas on the main and second floor overlooking the oasis style infinity pool. There is a separate TV/reading area. The third floor is a billiard room. The master bedroom has a king size bed. There are two queen size bedrooms and a shared bath. There is one room with two double beds and private bath. The couch in the office also folds out into a double bed. The kitchen has all top of the line appliances, advantium microwave and dishwasher. There is also a full size washer and dryer.

The house is gated and a caretaker is at the bottom of the hill for security.

The southern pacific coast is filled with many beautiful reserves and beaches. Manuel Antonio, Silencio, and the Osa peninsula are easily withing driving distance. Matapalo Beach is a short drive and one of the most beautiful beaches in the world.

Even during high season there are very few people on this uncrowded beach. There is good surfing to the south in Dominical. Many deep sea fishing charters leave out of Quepos. Villa Esmeralda is located about 20 kilometers south of the Quepos/Manuel Antonio area.
