Vacation Rental Description

This holiday villa is nestled in the exclusive Calabay Parc at Tower Lake gated community. With 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and 2 cloakrooms, this elegant Orlando holiday villa is perfect for families sleeping up to 14 guests in comfort. There is nothing standard about this villa. In addition to its oversized lot, every conceivable upgrade has been added. Sat on a spacious corner Lot of nearly 1/3 of an acre this home has total privacy.

The holiday villa has a spacious family room to relax in with 2 large sofas and an easy chair all in soft leather. Suitably accompanied with end-tables and lamps and a coffee table. Step out from the family room under the covered lanai and on to 1600 sq feet of pool deck, which surrounds the sparkling clear 30 ft pool and bubbling spa that cascades in to the main pool. This area is the most secluded plot on the Tower Lake development. Sit and relax either on the comfortable deck furniture in the shade or the additional furniture at the back of the pool as you soak in the Florida sunshine.

The pool area is provided with a removable safety fence for extra added protection for young infants should you need it. For extra security, all doors leading outside, either front or back are equipped with an alarm chime so you know who is coming and going!

Sleeping accommodation at the villa includes two king size master bedroom suites, with walk-in closet space, both with master en-suite bathroom with mirrored vanity basin, walk-in shower, roman-style tub, and toilet. The third master also enjoys a king-size bed and similar luxuries to the other two. Its en-suite bathroom can also be accessed from the hall. Bedrooms four and five, have 2 twin beds, plus a nearby family bathroom. Finally, the 6th bedroom which has an en-suite bathroom, (again can also be accessed from the hall) has twin bunk beds which sleeps three plus a further single twin bed.

The kitchen has been equipped with almost everything that you could need to prepare a family feast. Meals can be enjoyed at the Dining Table overlooking the pool or you can dine al fresco at either of the tables outside. You can also have a quick snack at the breakfast bar.

For your further entertainment there is a large A/C games room and outside on the patio there is also a full size table tennis table.

Please note smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the house.
