Vacation Rental Description

This luxury holiday villa in Bahamas is located in North Palmetto Point and its lush flower accented patio overlooks the Atlantic Ocean where you will have some of the best views of the sea and sunrise in Eleuthera. In the evening you can watch the cruise ships sail past the Bahamas in all there lighted glory. Palmetto Sunrise is on a lonely road with only a few homes nearby and the beach is hardly ever used, so you will be the only people on the beach most of the time.

The open floor plan allows you to entertain your guests while preparing a wonderful meal in our gourmet kitchen. Your guests can enjoy an evening cocktail at the kitchen service bar that has seating for 4. The main living area has new rattan furniture, and an entertainment center. Wide open doors provide amazing light and access to the main deck. For formal dining, a glass top dinner table set under a palm leafed ceiling fixture is perfect for a cosy evening meal. Local art work on the surrounding walls set the island theme while you dine or relax.

The holiday villa has two bedrooms each with a private bath. The master bedroom has a king size pillow top bed. The adjoining master bath has a relaxing tub and shower. The guest bedroom has king size bed that can be made into 2 twins if needed. All rooms have ceiling fans and A/C.

Palmetto Sunrise is a fully equipped luxury holiday villa. While maintaining the charm of an island home, the villa boasts all the living conveniences we've come to expect in today's modern world.

Notes on Villa Prices

1. Price given is for 2 persons and this is a weekly rental. Each additional guest per week costs $125.00

2. Christmas and New Years Rates $2200 per week plus additional guest fee of $150 each.
3. Please note that a $250 refundable damage deposit is required.
4. 50 percent deposit due upon booking with the balance due 60 day's prior to arriving.
5. No pets without prior approval.
6. NO SMOKING.
