Vacation Rental Description

Only 10 minutes from four of the fines white sandy beaches. Clear tropical waters. Abundant wildlife, all combined to make your trip unforgettable. Bottle nosed Dolphins are the stars as well as tropical birds - egrets, great herons, peilicans, eagles, osprey, cormorant and during the winter months Giant White Pelicans. This bright spacious villa is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need to feel right at home. Ir boasts a huge Master bedroom (King size bed and TV)with ensuite complete with Roman shower. A double with Queen bed (also with TV) and twin.

A separate Den with it's own Queen sofa bed and 32"TV. The utility room with a large American sized washing machine and tumble dryer. Very large garage with two adult bikes and loads of pool toys. 30x15 pool with 3 waterfalls. Chairs, tables, sun loungers and gas BBQ on the patio - every luxury to make this a fabulous stay. You'll want to come back again and again.

This is a deed restricted area with five amazing golf courses - three of which are championship size - all within 5 mins. The fishing is second to non. Either from the pier, beach, or go deep sea fishing. Either way you could catch your supper. We did!! The local supermarkets (Winn Dixie) is 6 mins away. Publix is a similar distance. Port Charlotte with it's many outlets is 15mins.To the North is quaint Venice and to the south Naples and Fort Myers and here visiting the factory outlets is a must.
