From the ground floor, where the owners live during the year, by an outside staircase you reach your apartment which is situated in a Sicily vacation villa.

The holiday apartment features a spacious panoramic terrace (90 m2) with dining table and sun beds, the living room with dining area and lounge area with fireplace. Furthermore, there is a kitchen, shower-room with two lavatories and toilet, one double bedroom and one twin bedroom. All the bedrooms have air conditioning.

The Sicily vacation villa, elegant and comfortable, with a very large and well furnished terrace (90 m2) with a view on the sea, is surrounded by a lush garden, in a quiet residential area just close (100 m) to the white sandy beach of Capaci, in the middle of the Gulf of Carini.

The Gulf of Carini is the bay on the north-west of Palermo, between Capo Gallo and Punta Raisi. In the middle of the gulf, there are two resorts: Isola delle Femmine and Capaci - old fishing villages, today regionally protected natural reserve - with a large beautiful sandy beach and with an islet in front of them.
