Vacation Rental Description

This property is unique as it can either be rented as a 1 or 2 bed apartment or in it's entirity as a 3 bedroom house, so should you wish to holiday together with inlaws etc you can still keep you independance but holiday together.

The ground floor is a 2 bed apartment with kitchen, dining area, living room with patio doors which lead onto a   south west facing garden which overlooks the pool.  The kitchens are well equiped with various white goods and cooking utencils and crockery. There is a dvd player, satellite tv and lcd tv.

The 1st floor is a  1 bed apartment with kitchen, dining area and living room with patio doors which lead out onto a large balcony with patio furniture and stairs which lead up to a roof terrace. This also overlooks the pool.  Again the kitchen is well equiped with various white goods.  There is a dvd player, satellite tv and lcd tv.

Should you have children we do have travel cots, highchair booster seat, bed guard, stairgate, various safety catches and door stoppers, sunprotector tent and various other items which should save on luggage space but make life easier.

The gated complex only has 20 housesre are there are two swimming pools and an elevated bubble pool with waterfall located in the landscaped gardens.  The property overlooks the pool with the shallow end.

 

 

 

 

About Beach Rentals Cala Egos

The property is located close to shops, a well stocked supermarket and restuartants.  They are also close to two beaches and there is a local land train which takes you around the local area and to the National Park of Cala Mondrago.

It is also close to the stunning marina with it's great restuarants and bars, and also the lovely fishing village of Porto Petra.

Should you hire a car the Caves of Drach are about a 25 minute drive away and about 10 minutes away is Val Dor golf course.

There is a waterpark about 40 minutes away.  Normally in Majorca there daily markets, which are well worth a visit.

In Cala Egos for the children there is a small area which has mini golf, go-karts and trampolines, there is also a small bowling alley.

Notes on Villa Prices

1. GOOD AVAILABILITY FOR APRIL. The prices quoted are for the 2 bedroom apartment, should you wish to rent the 1 bedroom apartment or the whole house please contact for prices.

   A 25% deposit is required when booking and the balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival.

   The property is available from 3.00pm on day of arrival, on day of departure you must vacate the property by 10.00am. We can arrange taxis from the airport should you require them.

   10/11 nights available

   A breakages/loss deposit is required with the balance of £150.00. This is returned to you when you arrive home on confirmation from our cleaner.
