Located south in the Banderas Bay were some of the most prestigious homes are located, With the most fabulous architecture nestled in the jungle and spectacular views of the ocean. Only 100 steps away from the beautiful Garza Blanca beach. This is where the Sierra Madre Mountains meet the shores of Banderas Bay, creating an environment of beautiful beaches with a rich jungle backdrop.

This rustic Mexico Villa is located 10 minutes from down town Puerto Vallarta.The Living room, Dining room and 2 bed rooms opens to a beautiful private Terrace and pool. The Master bedroom, and Guest room, Have there own individual A/C and bathrooms, Ceiling Fans and TVs. There is a 3rd smaller room with a bunk bed that sleeps two, also with A/C.There is a fully equipped Kitchen with Granite Counter tops and extensive hand carved cantera stone through out the house.

Beautiful hand carved Cantera stone headboard and niches, hand painted wall mural. Stained glass in the bathroom done by local Artisans. Large closet, Bathtub with shower. Terracotta floors. Special Textured walls hand done by a professional wall finisher.

Notes on Villa Prices

1. We require 50% down to hold the reservation

2. the balance plus security deposit due within 15 days before arrival date
3. Full refund If canceled 5 days after reservation is made
4. Forfeit Deposit if canceled less than 30 days before arrival date
5. Security Deposit of $ 800.00 is required with all final Payments, to be returned, within a week after your departure
6. Rentals less than one week will require additional room cleaning charges of $25.00
7. We accept credit card payments ( Visa, Discover and MasterCard )
8. Long term rates can be negotiated
9. check out time is at 12:00 Noon
10. check in is at 2:00PM or sooner if available
11. For the pick up/ drop off of keys
12. on your arrival our manager will be there to greet you and your family and to give you the keys and show you the Villa
13. On your departure day he will also be there to receive the keys and to check the condition of the Villa
