Vacation Rental Description

A lovely single storey villa in a quiet private position with wonderful views over the QUINTA DO LAGO countryside. Very well furnished throughout.

Entrance with access to spacious and bright lounge with TV and music center. Adjacent to lounge there is a cosy, sunken circular sitting area with 'fogo montanha' wood burning stove and cocktail bar. The lounge has wide sliding glass doors to pool area and back garden.

Two twin bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and patio doors. One of the bedrooms has full ensuite bathroom and the other has a separate bathroom. Master suite with fitted wardrobes, safe, full ensuite bathroom and patio doors to pool terrace.

Modern fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave.

Swimming pool has integral steps into shallow end, poolside shower. The pool can be heated at an extra charge. Garden and pool terrace with patio furniture, sunloungers and BBQ with sink. Upstairs terrace partially shaded with thatched roof, second BBQ and outside furniture.
