Villa number 6 at Athina Gardens is a luxurious air-conditioned 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom detached property, with unobstructed sea views, and is located in an excellent position within the development. This exclusive property is just a five minute walk from a beautiful and tranquil local beach, and has its own private swimming pool with landscaped garden and patio area. The villa has been furnished to a high standard, with quality furniture and fittings throughout, including a plasma TV and DVD player. It has an open plan living, dining and kitchen area, with large patio doors and windows that allow considerable natural light into the property throughout the day. A number of appliances have also been installed to make life as easy as possible for you during your stay and include a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and a freezer, as well as a good selection of cooking utensils. All bed linen and bath towels can be found within the property and the villa is fully cleaned once a week, whilst the pool is maintained on a regular basis.

1. To make your reservation we will require 10% payment in advance. The remaining amount must be paid 4 weeks prior to your arrival at the property. For any damages or breakages we require a €200 refundable deposit upon your arrival to the property.
