10%discount on all bookings in August and September if booked in July. Magnificent new 6 bedroom villa with pool located in Varandas do Lago (between Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo). Spacious entrance with guest cloakroom. Beautifully furnished lounge with Digital TV,wood burning stove. Large fully fitted kitchen with all modern appliances and separate utility room. Access to exterior terraced area with portable BBQ. The ground floor has 2 twin bedrooms with fitted wardrobes. All have ensuite shower rooms. Staircase with wrought iron bannister leads up to first floor. Two double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes & double doors leading to private terrace overlooking Entrance and Garden. Two twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom on 01st floor. All bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms with separate shower cubicles. Air conditioning included. 2 of the bedrooms have TV. Integrated sound system inside. Large games room in basement with pool table and fussball. Fully tiled pool 10 x 5.

Varandas Do Lago is centrally located between the five star resorts of Quinta Do Lago with its 2 championship golf courses and luxurious villas and Vale Do Lobo Europes finest golf/spa and beach resort.This area is famous for its sandy beaches and its many golf courses. The brand new Varandas do Lago luxury development is situated in the Nature Reserve of Ria Formosa on the Algarve. One of the few unpolluted coastal zones that remain in Europe, Ria Formosa has more than 200 species of birds, many of them rare, and they are a constant delight year round. The largest tennis facility in Portugal is only a 5 minute drive away. With 10 all-weather courts, four synthetic courts, further courts planned and a communial swimming pool, the Tennis Academy attracts several national and international tennis fixtures throughout the year.
