· Easy access to all places of interest in and around Cape Town: Airport 25 minutes (N2 & M3) - Waterfront 20 to 25 minutes (M3 & N2)

· Shop at the V&A Waterfront the historic dock area developed into one of the city's most lively attractions, with loads of restaurants, bars, shops and cinemas housed in restored warehouses. The excellent Two Oceans Aquarium is great for children. The area is clean and safe
