Located in arguably the most prestigous street in Nice pedestrian zone, and sharing a building with Chanel, this family owned luxury apartmet in Nice is furnished with your comfort in mind. Inside it is decorated in a modern style with a touch of Provence and outside the balcony is an ideal space for your petit dejeuner or aperitifs before dinner. The central location of this self-contained apartment is an ideal base for your Riviera break.

The spacious (51m2) is light and airy, with high ceilings and travertine floor tiles. The living area is air-conditioned and contains a large sofa that converts into two comfortable single beds, both with proper mattresses. Two additional arm chairs add to your comfort. The dining area contains a round glass and wrought iron table with 4 chairs. The kitchen area contais all you need for your self-catering holiday.

The bedroom has a wrought iron double bed, chest of drawers, built in wardrobes, mirror, bed side tables and lights. A small balcony leads off the bed room. A hairdryer is supplied. As the apartment is in the pedestrian zone it is very quite as there is no traffic noise.

About Beach Rentals Villefranche-sur-Mer

Rue Paradis is in the Messena pedestrian zone (zone pietonne), the most exclusive shopping street in Nice. Chanel shares the same building, and names like Armani and Lois Vuitton are opposite. Turn right outside of the building and you are immersed in the lively pedestrian zone with its many restaurants and cafes.

Street artists will keep you entertained as you stroll around or sit and watch the world go by while sipping your Provence rose. Turn left outside of the building and you have a park on your doorstep. Walk across the park to the Cours Saleya with its colourful market and into the old town.

The apartment is close to the beach (less than 200m), Place Messena, and Ave Jean Medecin the major shopping street in Nice. It is located close to all public transport for easy access to all those much see destinations on the South of France.

1. Prices are for the property per week in GB pounds (£) for 2 people sharing.

2. The apartment sleeps up to 4, please add £45 extra for each additional person.
3. The price includes electricity, linen and towels (including beach towels), and unlimited broadband internet and end of stay servicing - there are no additional charges*.
4. Deposit of 30% required with booking.
5. Full payment required minimum of 6 weeks before arrival.
6. Bookings made within 8 weeks of departure, full amount on confirmation.
7. In the stirling and euro zones payment is by bank transfer in GB pounds or euros.

   *Outside the stirling and euro zones is by credit cards using Paypal with a surcharge of + 4% to cover Paypal costs.
