Vacation Rental Description

This holiday apartment in Rio de Janeiro is a new and very nice furnished double floor duplex penthouse with two bedrooms and private pool. Being situated on the eleventh floor and in the backside of the building there is no noise from the street. You have an amazing view from both floors to Copacabana and you can see the well known ``sugarloaf``!

The apart hotel has an extremely high standard of security and there are cameras in the lobby and on every floor. Several doorkeepers take care of all matters like reservations for restaurants, calling taxis and much more to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Normally, either there are taxis waiting in front of the entrance or they are coming by every 20-30 seconds. At night the entrance is closed and the doorkeeper opens the door only for hotel guests.

The 110 sqm big holiday apartment offers two small verandas on the main floor. On the upper floor you will find a 30 sqm private terrace with ocean view and a giant view to `sugarloaf`. The private pool with warm water and hydro massage on upper terrace offers different possibilities of lights. In the building you find a good equipped gym with a sauna but to use it you have to pay a daily, weekly or monthly fee. There is another apart hotel pool, which you can use (free) on weekends. During the week the pool is used by the gym. Room service up to five times a week included.

The big living room with new and comfortable couch and a marble couch table also features a marble dinner table with 4 chairs, marble mirror bookshelf with a 29 inch stereo-cable-TV, DVD, Safe, Sony audio stereo, telephone, indirect light, High speed internet access, Air condition, ventilator, special wall design and paintings.

One bedroom provides a queen size bed and the second bedroom has a normal double bed. Sufficient towels and sheets to change are provided and both bedrooms have air conditioning and 21 inch stereo-cable -TV, new wardrobes, bookshelves and bed tables. Special wall design and paintings give it a nice athmosphere.

The 2 marble bathrooms, one of them is en-suite, have big mirrors, new toilets and big showers. The nice kitchen is fully equipped with oven, coffee machine, mixer, microwave, toaster and many more, you might need during your stay.

The holiday apartment in Rio de Janeiro is located in a safe neighbourhood at the corner between Copacabana and Ipanema. Both beaches are within walking distance of minutes (Copacabana 1 minute and 4 minutes to Ipanema).

The holiday apartment is situated in the apart hotel "Atlantico Palace", in the street "Rua Raul Pompeia" number 94. Close is the corner of the street "Rua Rainha Elizabeth". Restaurants, taxis, cafes, washing center and internet cafes are just around the corner.
