This fully furnished 1 bedroom holiday apartment in Dubai is located on the Palm Island Jumeirah offers spacious self-catering accomodation and privacy. It is fully furnished and equipped for short term rental for business or leisure. It comprises a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and walk in wardrobe, a guest cloakroom and a full equipped kitchen. The lounge/diner also has a sofabed (with bedding) that can accommodate 2 persons. Therefore, 4 persons can be accomodated comfortably.

It has access to the beach, swimming pools, beach club, gym, saunas, steam rooms, children's play areas and beach restaurants. There is a 42” TV with a selection of movie, news, sports,family and kids channels. A DVD player, a PC with high speed broadband connection and a telephone line is also provided.
