Above the Port - "Mont Boron" area in Nice - one of the most exclusive areas. 10 min. to the beach by foot. Quiet, safe. Supermarket, bakery in walking distance. Panoramic sea view, relaxation and quietness. From the big terrace you will enjoy the gorgeous views. It has been completely renovated and refurbished in 2008, tasteful decoration and very bright. There is everything you need of electrical installations. Beach, supermarket and down town are close by but easiest to reach by car. There is however a bus stop near by.

Residential area, small residence, at the end of private street. Very quiet and private.
