This accomodation in Nice, 100 sq meters (including a 10sq meters terrace with a panoramic view ) is located in a residential and safe area.

Very nice view of the city, mountains and sea.It has been completely renovated.You will feel very comfortable, it has 2 bedrooms with double bed, one living room,one kitchen fully equiped, bathroom, terrace. 5th floor with elevator.

Free parking in the street. Easy access to all kind of transportation (train, bus,airport).

About Beach Rentals Nice Centre

Very close to the railway station, you can catch a train and go to Monaco, Cannes or Italy...

You can go walking to the beach, or to the old city (italian style),having lunch or diner in a restaurant,enjoying italian ice creams, making some shopping...Supermarkets are very close to the apartment

A typical open « Provence » market(very close to the apartment) is open every morning except monday, where you can find fresh fruits, vegetables, fishes, flowers,honey, olive oil and also organic products...

An ideal location to base yourself for your holiday to see the French Riveria.

City buses are operating every day, if you have a car it is free parking in the street (7 days a week)
From the terrace, having your breakfast, you will enjoy the sunrise!

The Nice accommodation is located in a safe residential district with a lot of "Belle Epoque" and « Art Deco »private houses, the russians used to come and stay in that part of Nice(during the 19th century) untill the russian revolution, and for that reason they have built a russian church, the biggest one in western europe, that you can see from the terrace...
