Vacation Rental Description

This gorgeous, 4th floor, 1 bedroom apartment is ideal for a romantic holiday. It it reached by elevator.  It has a lovely private terrace and a great 'cocoon' feel to it, but is literally minutes walk to everything Antibes has to offer. Both the bedroom and the living room open onto the 13m2 terrace where there is a large table and seating for 6 to enjoy all your meals al fresco. In the living room there is a comfortable sofa and armchair and Satellite TV and DVD. The bathroom is newly fitted and has a modern feel, with a large shower area. The kitchen area has an oven/microwave combined, 2 hobs and a large fridge/freezer.
The whole apartment has been very tastefully decorated and to a high standard.

About Beach Rentals Antibes

Antibes is known for its yacht marina, the largest in Europe, with its International Quay, which is home to some of the biggest ’Megayachts’ in the World, its Provencal market, Picasso museum and medieval Ramparts.
 It has its own sheltered, sandy beach, and is within walking distance to several others.
 The Provencal fresh produce market runs every day in the summer and is not to be missed. In the evenings it turns into an outdoor restaurant scene, sharing the space with local artists’ stalls. Just behind the market is Antibes’s Cathedral, the setting for outdoor concerts in the summer months.
 The Old Town is full of lovely cobbled shopping streets, pavement cafes and countless restaurants to choose from.
 Thursdays is market day in the Old Town with thousands of stalls spread all over, selling anything from bikinis to carpets. On Saturdays, Place National is the setting for an Antiques market.
 Nearby Juan-les-Pins is a major holiday destination, with casino and nightclubs.

Notes on Apartment Prices

1. Minimum booking period-5 nights.

   To secure a booking a 25% deposit is required, with the balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival. Payment to be made by bank transfer in euros, note that this could incur a charge, to be paid by sender.
   Towels and linens are provided.

   There is a 50 euro cleaning/laundry fee payable in cash on departure, charged by our local cleaner.
   A security/key deposit of 300 euros in cash will be collected on arrival at apartment, to be returned on departure minus costs of any breakages/damage.
   Please note that check ins after 10pm. can not be facilitated.
