Vacation Rental Description
LOCATION:- Close to the beautiful Pine Walk resort this one bedroom apartment is on the ground floor, and commands magnificent views of the Tramuntana mountains. The fabulous beach is conveniently located about 200 metres away at the entrance to the famous Pine Walk. This beach is extremely child-friendly as are the varied selection of restaurants of International as well as Majorcian cuisine, to be found all along this spectacular walkway.
The apartment is one of only nine in a small quiet block. The furnished terrace overlooks the lovely gardens with the swimming pool to the side (solely for the use of Llevant residents).
There are twin beds in the bedroom and two sofa beds in the lounge with an additional pull-out bed if required. Ideal for a family with 2/3 children or two couples.
About Beach Rentals Pollensa
There are several shops, bars and restaurants close to these apartments, including Bar Pepe which serves a fabulous English breakfast. Although close by there is very little, if any, late night noise as this is a very tranquil area. The Flora Aparthotel opposite is open to non-residents to use their facilities and join in the entertainment some evenings.
The main town square with its beautiful Majorcian church and school, as well as many more bars and restaurants where you can wine & dine �al fresco�, is only a few minutes walk away. A local Market is held there every Wednesday. For the 'young at heart' you will also find the only Disco there.
This is the perfect location for young and old alike.
