Vacation Rental Description

House MARIANA is situated about 100 m far from the centre and the sea. House is completely hidden in the green shadow of the climbing plants that change colors depending to the season. The complete house (50 m2) is only one apartment which consists of 2 bedrooms, large living/dinning room, separate kitchen and bathroom with a bath.. Main bedroom and livingroom have exit to the south terrace. Livingroom is combined with a dinning room having  a sofa (additional bed), TV/SAT, fire-place and connected  with separate kitchen. Kitchen is lovely with a window looking outside to plants, and, more important, completely equipped with dish-wash, cooking stove, fridge with freezer, washing machine, toaster, cofee-machine, cooking and serving dishes...
Children's bedroom have two beds, one over the other and a closet. On the backside of the house there is a yard about 30 m2  with an air-barbecue.
In front of the house there is its „center! – large terrace with table, chairs and sea-view.Accommodation is suitable for maximum 6 persons. Parking is enabled within a possession.

Lokva Rogoznica is peaceful settlement, 10 km south-east of Omis in direction Makarska.
Beautiful pebble beaches follows each other like a necklace. Fisherman's evenings are organized almost each week during the summer at the one of the beaches. Besides enjoy in the crystal sea and swimming,  you have the choice of visiting several restaurants , offering a variety of meals ranging from Pizza, Steaks, to local Dalmatian fish specialties. You can relax with a cold beer/wine or coffee at the café bars, stock-up on freshly baked bread from  the village market or pop-in to send off your postcards and use the Bureau de-change at the local Post Office.
