This is a well appointed quiet Auckland apartment with one double bed, two single beds and one fold our double sofa bed (this pretty much takes up the whole of the living room when opened out). The owner prefers that guests provide their own linen (sheets, towels and pillowslips), but these can be provided at an additional fee.
There is a fully equipped kitchen and laundry, and an undercover secure parking space provided. Cutlery and crockery are provided. Although situated on busy Fanshawe street, the apartment is at the rear of the building and is very quiet.
The Auckland apartment is situated 700 metres from Auckland's main shopping street, and 400 metres from the skytower. It is 100 metres to the Viaduct Harbour, with its cafes restaurants, fish market and access to water activities. It is 50 metres to the Victoria park, with sports fields, playground and bike/scateboarding facilities, and 250 metres to Coles supermarket.
Buses run every few minutes to Britomart train station (although it is within walking distance). Opposite the Victoria Park Markets the link bus goes very 10 minutes to Ponsonby, Newmarket and Parnell and the City Centre. The free red circuit bus departs frequently from the Skytower, where the airport bus also stops (every 20 minutes). The airport shuttle provides a door to door service.
