Vacation Rental Description

The apartment studio/T0 has been completely rehabilitated and decorated by a team of architects and designers and is located on the 4th floor of a “pombalino” building in Chiado, historical and cultural center of Lisbon. In this decoration was given particular attention to all the details of design and confort. It is a studio with a living and dining room with cable-TV and Hi-Fi, an area of sleeping with a double bed and a bathroom. The apartment also includes a kitchennet fully equipped with kitchen utensils, pots & pans, textiles and a washing machine and dryer.

About Beach Rentals City Centre

The Chiado is now an area of noble trade with all kinds of facilities and street entertainment. Here there are hotels, theatres, libraries, museums, restaurants and shops of famous portuguese designers. Near is the district of Bairro Alto, one of the most typical of the area of Lisbon, with several restaurants, bars and shops. Perfect place to listen to fado and enjoy the night. Area traditionally known for its intellectuals, there are many statues of literature figures: Fernando Pessoa, a famous Portuguese poet of the century XIX and XX, is sitting at a table outside the Café A Brasileira. In Praça Luís de Camões rises on the statue of Luís de Camões, also a very important portuguese writer. As cultural area that is, here we´ll find several theatres, as the Teatro S. Luiz (which has had several names, as Amélia Theatre and belongs now to the City of Lisbon), the Theatre of Trindade and the Theatre of São Carlos, the only theatre of opera in Portugal. In the Largo do Chiado there are two baroque churches: the Church of Loreto, on the north side, and in front, the Church of Nossa Senhora da Encarnação with the exterior walls partially decorated with tiles. Also in the zone of Chiado, is Largo do Carmo, with its trees "Jacarandas." In this square, stand the ruins of the Carmo convent, built in the sixteenth century. XIV, were is currently installed the Archeological Museum of Carmo. In front of the convent, is the Fountain of Carmo, built in the eighteenth century. Almost glued with the convent, is the Quartel do Carmo, belonging to the National Republic Guard. On the other side of the convent, we found the former Palace Valadares, which is a building that had already several uses. The palace stands on the place where was founded the first university. Among the Convento do Carmo and Palace Valadares, stands the gate of access to the Elevador de Santa Justa, which connects the Largo do Carmo to the Baixa Pombalina, in particular, the Rua do Ouro. Still in Largo do Carmo, we´ll also find the Church of Ordem Terceira de Nossa Senhora do Carmo

8. Security deposit of €150.00 in cash, which will be paid on arrival and reimbursed to exit, after verification of the state of the apartment. Any damage that occurs during the stay will be deducted from this amount
9. Check-in standard from 02:30 PM - check-out by 12:00 AM (to arrange)
10. Check-in or out surcharge 30 euro between 10pm - 8am.
