This Barcelona apartment is just 50 meters from the Beach. The apartment is situated in front of a lovely square in the heart of “Barceloneta”, the original “fisherman’s area” of Barcelona. It is a great location for exploring Barcelona.

The Barcelona apartment is completely reformed with brand new equipment. There is one double bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living-room that can be separated from the dining room by a sliding door. The bathroom comes with a shower. The kitchen of this Barcelona apartment is fully equipped and the apartment is completely air conditioned (Invert System)

The apartment is well connected, 7 minutes walking to “Barceloneta” metro station and only 3 minutes from the bus stop.

About Beach Rentals Barceloneta

The first houses built in Barcelona were in “Barceloneta” giving it a particular charm all of its own. Down on the beach you will find any number of beach bars and restaurants serving tasty portions of paella and local fish freshly caught. Within a few minutes stroll is also the port of Barcelona, where you can find some of the finest sea food restaurants in the city. And as well lively bars of all varieties. Connecting to this suburb just 7 minutes walking is the gothic quarter, a beautiful area with buildings from XIII and XIV century. Charming winding streets and stunning archways.

In the gothic quarter  you can also find the “Picasso Museum”, the basilica of “Santa Maria del Mar”, the famous “Las Ramblas”, the “Palau de la Música” concert house and many other sites of interest. The area is alive with little boutiques, art and craft shops, “tapas” bars and pavement cafes. To the other side of “Barceloneta” you will find the “Villa Olímpica”, with its shopping areas, casino and frenetic nightlife. There are also great connections to all parts of Barcelona, including “Plaza Catalunya” for the tourist bus departures, and the “Sagrada Familia”, Antoni Gaudi’s masterpiece of architectural creativity.
