This holiday accommodation in Barcelona is in an old historical building and has wooden floors throughout, as well as original features such as wooden beams, windows and a Spanish tiled ceiling.

The apartment is newly reformed and sleeps up to 4-6 people. It's brand-new refurnished, full of Mediterranean warm light and has eight windows. The apartment comes with two bedrooms with 2 double beds and a double sofa-bed in the living room.

There is a fully equipped small kitchen and a modern bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The apartment has a large living room area and a dining area to sit and eat any meals prepared in the apartment. There are large windows and balcony’s looking out into the street.

The apartment is in a 3rd floor without lift.

The building (build in 1700) has been renovated to strict rules and guidelines which conserves the historic facade of the ancient Gothic quarter. Is located in a beautiful and quite pedestrian street.

El Borne district is, at the moment, where everyone in Barcelona wishes to live - the model of urban transformation success. Charming old streets paved with stones, restored historic buildings, luxury stores and bars, and streets full of fashionable people. The district is between the historic Gothic church of Santa Maria del Mar, and the enormous covered market “Mercado del Borne,” where significant archaeological remains have recently been uncovered.

The Barcelona accommodation is in the heart of the Gothic Quarter, on a famous street full of historic buildings and close to all of the interesting monuments in Barcelona. It's situated in the trendy neighborhood of El Born, with its artisan cafes and bars, clubs and restaurants, art galleries and museums - including the Picasso Museum, Textile Museum and even the Chocolate Museum.

The Cathedral of Barcelona is just a short walk away, as is the famous Placa Sant Jaume, home of the Catalan Government headquarters. A short five-minute walk will take you to Las Ramblas, where you can enjoy the variety of shops, cafes and attractions of Barcelona's most famous promenade.
