Vacation Rental Description

This beautiful Puerto Vallarta holiday apartment is situated in Sea River Tower of the Holiday Inn 5-star resort and sleeps up to 8 guests. King bed in one bedroom, two doubles in the second bedroom, sofa sleeper and sofa/trundle that changes to two twin beds. Two fully equipped kitchenettes and two private view balconies. This magnificent holiday apartment can be converted to two complete 1BR/1BA condos with a sliding door (locked or not) in between for larger groups, families traveling together, etc.



 

Taxis leave right from the front door of the resort, and there is a bus stop (50 cents per person to ride) on the street in front of the resort.  It is only about 10 minutes to the Malecon, Old Town and everything in Vallarta that is not already at the resort.  Onsite, you will find travel/tour agencies, car rentals (not really necessary), a beauty salon/spa (how about an oceanfront massage?), water sport equipment rentals, parasailing, restaurants with optional all-inclusive plan, room service, planned activities, and a separate Kids' Club with pool, playground, game room, optional babysitting, and more.

The apartment itself contains everything you need...fully equipped kitchenettes with dishes, pots and pans, utensils, soap and towels, full sized refrigerator, stove, microwave, sink, coffee maker, blender, toaster, etc.  There is an ironing board and iron, hair dryer, free use of beach towels, and two private view balconies.  AQUI TIENE SU CASA.  Welcome home!

About Beach Rentals Center

Located approximately 3 miles south of the airport, Sea River Tower is situated in the Holiday Inn 5-star resort, and participates in all the resort amenities.  It is within walking distance to a variety of restaurants and shops (including a Starbuck's!) and is two blocks away from a large shopping center, which includes a huge grocery store for everything you could possibly need for meals and drinks in your condo, if you desire.

 The Adults-only Oasis Club offers a workout room with Universal gym, 4 jacuzzis, sunning area, dipping pool, and a quiet escape for those over 18 years of age.  The huge pool with swim up bar puts you right back into the activities, or walk down the steps to the sand and the waves.
