Vacation Rental Description

Located just outside Positano, this fantastic holiday villa offers you breathtaking views of the Amalfi Coast. Casa Laurito 1 is a modern style villa, located just outside Positano (2,5km), on the road that leads from Positano to Praiano. This part of the Amalfi Coast hosts one of the most prestigious villas and hotels. Next to the Casa Laurito you can find the famous hotel San Pietro for example.

You enter this wonderful Positano villa through a large gate that leads to a private parking place.
Before getting to the villa you will find a very large and comfortable terrace from where you have beautiful views on Positano.

The gardens are meticulously maintained and give a very fresh and peaceful touch to the property. The property has plenty of trees and the typical Mediterranean vegetation.

The upper part of the villa is a large three bedroom apartment. One of the double bedrooms offers also a comfortable single bed. There are two bathrooms, one with tub and one with shower and all rooms are connected by a corridor that serves as a veranda and lounge area with some cosy tables and chairs. The kitchen is large and made for some real cooking. A large American style fridge and freezer make it even more comfortable. The living room is modern with comfortable sofas.

Outside leads a private path towards the sea. This is a beautiful walk and once down at the waterfront you will be completely on your own. There is no real beach, but you can get easily into the water from the rocks

There is a bus stop just outside the property from where you can go towards Positano or Praiano. Grocery can be delivered at home.

Positano also has it’s glamorous and fashionable side and this is just one of the many reasons that tourists from all over the world flock to the pathways, and boutiques of Positano each summer.
