Vacation Rental Description

We have a two bedroom apartment for 4 or 5 people and 2 studio apartments, each for 2 people. We are located on Barbados' West Coast close to beach, shopping, restaurant and bars. Each bedroom has split system air-conditioning, fan, wardrobe space and two single beds which we can reposition as a king size double bed.

Each studio has a shower room with WC and wash hand basin and the two bedroom apartment has a bathroom with shower over the tub, with a WC and wash hand basin. Off the living area is a fully fitted kitchen with electric fan oven and ceramic hob, microwave oven, refrigerator and all necessary crockery, cutlery, glassware and pans. The comfortably furnished living area includes a TV with DVD player.

Each apartment has a covered veranda with table and chairs for al fresco dining. There is a fitted security box for your documents and valuables and telephone to receive incoming calls and to make free calls throughout Barbados. We have sunloungers in the surrounding gardens for sunbathing.

About Beach Rentals Holetown

This development was completed in 2005 in the established Barbados West Coast area of Sunset Crest in St James. It is in a quiet cul-de-sac very close to the beaches, restaurants and shopping facilities of Holetown, including the beautiful Chattel Village shops.

The location is ideal for those seeking a relaxing holiday. Barbados' sandy beaches are a couple of minutes walk away, as are shopping facilities including banks with ATM facilities, an excellent supermarket, two small department stores, DVD rental shops and numerous clothing and gift shops. For sun worshippers there is a choice of quiet bays while within a few minutes walk is the main beach at Holetown with two beachfront restaurants and bars.

While the swimming pool at the nearby Beach House Restaurant is being renovated our clients will have use of another nearby pool.  The Beach House pool will re-open in January 2009 and our clients will again have free daytime use of the swimming pool and sun loungers in the beach front location. At all times our visitors receive a discount of 15% on meals and drink purchases at The Beach House Restaurant and Bar.
