1. Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, St. Patrick's, U.S. Thanksgiving: 550 USD per night

2. Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice
3. 50% of total rental fee in US funds is required within five business days of the reservation confirmation
4. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival date.
5. If your reservation is less than 30 days full payment is due within five business days of confirmed reservation.
6. A reservation confirmation will be sent via email containing all the deposit information.
7. A security deposit of $500.00 will be required in addition to the rental fee.
