This holiday apartment in Barcelona was renovated in 2003 and is fully equipped with everything you need. It has air conditioning and can sleep up to four people, two in a double bed and two more on a double sofa bed. Both the living room and the bedroom have an amazing 50m terrace with an astounding view of the city.

Nevertheless, there is no noise in the apartment itself, so that you can enjoy your rest after seeing all the nearby Barcelona marvels. Gaudi´s masterpieces are just around the corner.

About Beach Rentals Eixample

The holiday apartment in Barcelona is situated next to probably the most famous avenue of the city - Paseo de Gracia, a beautiful boulevard in the city centre. Housing not only traditional landmarks of Barcelona, such as the work of Antoni Gaudi (3 of his buildings), but also modern designer shops, boutiques and some of the city's most famous restaurants and bars.

Just a few minutes walk will take you down to Plaza Catalunya, the city's main square, from where you can explore Las Ramblas, the Port, the Gothic Quarter and cathedral, etc. Metro stops are just a few minutes walk away, taking you to all the other city sights.

Passeig de Gracia is considered the Champs Elysees of Barcelona. The main street of Eixample, and a shopping and financial centre, it´s the perfect street to wander along and find your bearings. Although Passeig de Gracia existed before Eixample, it became the main axis of the Cerdà Plan.
