This amazing designer holiday apartment in Puerto Vallarta on the 12th floor of Sea River Tower is located within the Holiday Inn 5-star oceanfront resort in Zone Hotelera. Offering 1BR/1BA with two queen beds, this unit also allows for one additional person on the convertible sofa in the living room.

Spacious, trendy, with clean lines and upgraded decor, this condo offers an upscale experience at reasonable prices. The private view balcony provides a place for morning coffee or spectacular sunset-view cocktails. A fully equipped kitchenette allows for onsite meal preparation, but the resort offers onsite restaurants and bars (and a 15% discount for condo guests), room service, and numerous other restaurants within walking distance.

Basilio Badillo, "Restaurant Row," is a short taxi or bus ride away. There is a large shopping center two blocks away, containing a huge grocery store, and the resort contains numerous onsite shops, including a spa/beauty salon that offers oceanfront massages.

Three pools, private white sand beach, free beach towels for guests' use, Universal gym and workout area, sunning area and four jacuzzis, unlimited poolside lounge chairs or palapas in the sand...everything you want is included for your enjoyment.
