Vacation Rental Description

This is our 304 holiday apartment in Marco Island. It is located in Tower III in the South Seas Club, a 55 acre gated community on Marco Island's famous white sand crescent beach.

Our apartment is well equiped and tastefully decorated with many extras. The view from the balcony is relaxing with the palm trees swaying in the breezes and the beach beyond. There is no better way to relax.

About Beach Rentals West Coast

Marco Island has a casual and relaxed atmosphere where you can arrive at most restaurants in shorts and casual attire. It is conveniently located on the West Coast between Naples and the Everglades so you have plenty to keep you busy.

There are many attractions from the Everglades excursions, sight seeing tours both on land and at sea, beach activities right outside your door which include parasailing, jet skiing, wind surfing and plain old swimming. Relax on the beach or beside the heated pool. If it's too hot, sit under the Chickee Hut for shade. Take a walk on the beach or take a walk on one of the many walkways throughout South Seas Club's 55 acre property.

Good food is everywhere on Marco, from the very fancy to plain eats.

Whether you want to just relax or prefer sight seeing or shopping, Marco has it all. Outlet shopping is just off Island and the many fine stores on the Island that will give you plenty to choose from whether it be jewelry or clothing. Since we are located right next to Naples, you can also take advantage of their upscale shopping district.
